Vendor Screening Process

 

We carry out strict vendor evaluation process, all vendors shall be evaluated and rated before any business happens.

Incoming Material Inspection

 

We have a complete set of incoming material inspection process, which includes visual inspection, X-Ray and functionality testing.

 

Visual Inspection

 

Our visual inspection ensures that all packaging, labels and components conform with manufacturer data sheet specifications. Our 200x magnification process helps ensure the original condition of each component.

 

X-Ray Testing

 

With the application of our state of the art X-Ray equipment, we can go deep into the internal dye to verify the authenticity of the parts. Therefore, we can ensure that all components we supply are original and consistent with manufacturer's data sheet.

 

Component Baking

 

In order to ensure that all orders are compliant with manufacturer required MSL standards, our cutting-edge baking process which follows the IPC-J-STD 033B standards can offer a required condition for the components delivered prior to vacuum packing.

 

Functionality Testing

 

We are also cooperating with third part testing houses to ensure the functionality of our components, for example, CECC lab, white horse, Etc.

 

Warranty

 

All components we supply are new and original, fully traceable and conformed to manufacturer standard data sheet specification. We offer one year warranty for the components we deliver.
